Join us for rest and ease at the Arnold Block (245 Main St., Bethel, upstairs) on Friday, 5/19 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. If you've never experienced a gong bath before, you are in for a treat! It is a still practice, where all you need to do is show up and absorb the gong's vibrations. It is a time to focus is on rest and to surrender to the sound of the gong, which can be deeply healing. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and any props for your comfort (pillow, etc.) and wear layers, in case the floor is chilly.
