Stick around for a free talk & walk—Food & Medicine from Your Weeds—starting at 11:30am, with Community Teaching Garden instructor and herbalist, Denise Quick. Learn about edible and medicinal properties of common garden weeds. And bring your garden questions too!

Food & Medicine from Your Weeds is a part of our Garden Basics series: workshops for beginner gardeners held on 7 Saturdays throughout the summer. These workshops are presented by the Vermont Community Garden Network in partnership with Burlington Area Community Gardens / Burlington Parks, Recreation, Waterfront. Remaining dates and topics include:

· September 27: Extending the Season & Putting the Garden to Bed
