Coming very soon: Foster Gardens Pop Up Plant Stand on Saturday May 6, 8am-2pm at the base of the Sharon Town Garage road for Green Up Day (which is 8am-1pm)!! We'll have FREE pollinator plants, and information on pollinator varieties, invasive plants and jumping worms, plus a pot recycling collection. There will be a variety of pots FREE for your growing needs. We also take rugs and yoga mats for use in and around the greenhouse!
Foster Gardens will have a wide array of plants for sale. It's too early to stay "downtown", and not everything will be ready yet (still transplanting veggies and starting more seeds nightly), but we do have a few choices you can plant now to brighten your day: some herbs (rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus, tarragon, lemon verbena, lemon grass, basil), everbearing strawberry starts (4" pots, super 6 packs, hanging baskets and bags), various succulents, house plants, and some garden favorite flowers (hardy pansies, violas and dianthus). Also plenty of pots and baskets of tender annual flowers that will need protection for a few more weeks from the elements!
