CVU student directed One Acts: Hamlet & The Actor's Nightmare
Friends-
Just wanted to make sure I posted this here. My son is working on this production and I realized today it didn't get much exposure in the community. Apologies if someone already posted.
We have AMAZINGly talented artists, actors, and visionaries working in coordination at CVU and they need our support. Come check out the show:

Hamlet
In William Shakespeare's Hamlet, directed by CVU senior Rory McDermott and Francesca Krol, the ghost of the King of Denmark tells his son Hamlet (played by CVU sophomore Clark Clark) to avenge his murder by killing the new king, Hamlet's uncle (played by CVU senior Phoenix Caldwell). Hamlet feigns madness, contemplates life and death, and seeks revenge. His uncle, fearing for his life, also devises plots to kill Hamlet.
The Actor's Nightmare
The Actor's Nightmare is a short comic play by Christopher Durang. It involves an accountant named George Spelvin (played by CVU junior Nate McNabb), who is mistaken for an actor's understudy and forced to perform in a play for which he does not know any of the lines. Directed by CVU seniors Gabbie Lindenmyer, Ian Story, and Eric Carroll, this show is sure to get a laugh out of you!
Showtimes are Friday, May 5, and Saturday, May 6, at 7pm and Sunday, May 7 at 1pm at the CVU theater. Purchase tickets ahead of time online at www.ticketsource.us/cvutheatre, or at the door the day of the performance. Be sure to check the ticket site to see if the show is sold out.
