In the Fl!p Your K!tchen® Sessions, I give you the hands-on version of the book—and much, much more!
In these monthly sessions, we'll spend two hours on the first Sunday of each month learning some kitchen, nutrition, meal planning, and cooking basics. You'll get recipes approximately 2 weeks in advance, so you can do your shopping and cook along with me if you'd like! We'll end up with 2–3 dishes you can use during the week, and you'll learn a lot about how to meal plan and prep on your own.
