Chervil Pull - Save the Date!

Past event
Jun 3, 2023, 9 AM to 12 PM

The Conservation Commission will have the group invasive pull on June 3rd from 9-12.  Lunch served at noon.

Learn to identify wild chervil, another highly invasive roadside plant.  There's been alot of energy recently for creating pollinator gardens. Our roadsides - when filled with "Native American" flowers - are pollinator highways!  Pollinators have co-evolved with their respective indigenous plants. When exotic invasives take over the roadsides they cut down on the space available for native flowering plants,  which in turn cuts down on food availability for our beloved pollinators.

Also, we'll have a scrumptious Lincoln General Store lunch to share with neighbors.  Come join us!
