The 60 minute movement portion of this event is a high intensity, all levels intuitive & primal flow with bass pumping music that is inspired by Buti Yoga. This class incorporates grounding movements, plyometrics, deep core engagement, tribal dance and an opening connective circle to open your wild heart and free your mind.
