TOWN OF MORRISTOWN/VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE, VT DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD WARNED HEARING

The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the date of this notice to review the following applications: 1. Applicant & landowner 153 Stafford Ave LLC & 191 Stafford Ave LLC requests §500 Site Development Plan Approval & §630 Conditional Use to add a Retail Delivery of Goods & Services use, a Business/Professional Office use and the Commercial Use for a 47,000sf addition that will connect the existing buildings at 153 Stafford Ave & 191 Stafford Ave, parcels 20-014 & 20-015, on a 11.4 acre property that is split between the §210 Commercial Zone and the §230 Industrial Zone.

2. Applicant and landowner Morrisville Water & Light requests approval for an eight lot subdivision of parcel 08-114, which has frontage on Center Rd and Trombley Hill Rd in the §280 Innovation Zone under §740 Preliminary Plat Approval. The parcel contains a portion of the §300 Drinking Water Source Protection Area for Cadys Falls Water Co-op.
