Barika will display their grooves at Tuesday Night Live on July 29th from 6 to 8:30 PM on the Legion Field. Barika is a 7-piece Burlington based band, which blends traditional West African styles of the Kamel N’Goni of Mali with future-shock contemporary Western styles, founded by Craig Myers in 2010. Melody and groove are interweaved to create an especially interesting sound for the listener. Barika members are Caleb Bronz (drums), Rob Morse (bass), Andric Severance (keys), Dave Purcell (trumpet), Deva Racusin (tenor saxophone), Adam Dotson (trombone), and Craig Myers (kamel n’goni).
