On May 4 come find out about Falls Prevention Tai Chi, try some of the moves and preregister for the class, which will be on Thursdays, from May 18 thru July 6 at 10:30 am. Info session will be at the Waitsfield Church on this Thursday at 10:30 am. Class size for the series will be limited to 20 people and preregistration is required either by completing forms at the Info Session or by contacting Anne Greshin (agreshin@cvcoa.org, 802-241-4840). COVID-19 vaccination and up to date boosters (after Sept. '22) required, masks are optional.
