Whether you are just wanting to give it a try, or are a seasoned drummer who wants to enhance your polyrhythmic skills, you are welcome to join us for an all levels workshop on Cuban, Haitian, African rhythm, drumming techniques, and culture.

We will learn techniques specific to the conga ( have drums to use), and have a lot of fun playing as an ensemble. You can sign up for this May 6th workshop through heartspaceyoga.com.
