As part of my Boy Scout Eagle project in Troop 603, there will be a flag retirement ceremony on August 5th, 2014 at Milton’s National Night Out. I will be collecting flags for retirement at the Milton farmer’s market on July 24th from 4:00-6:30 PM. I will also be giving out new flags to veterans that donate old flags (while supplies last). There are also drop off boxes at Bond Auto parts, Ace Hardware, Jolley Short stop, and Milton town offices. Please consider donating your old flags. Thank you.
