The entire month of April our Yoga Instructor/ Owner at BLYSS Yoga, Eloise Zeeman has been out walking on East Warren Rd every day collecting trash on the side of the road, every day is new trash. :( While the upcoming Green Up Day is a wonderful tradition in the Valley what are we doing about the daily littering!!

If you are Grateful for what Eloise is accomplishing and inspiring others to do come show some LOVE & Gratitude and hopefully her Amazing attitude/actions & concern will inspire you.

BLYSS has been hosting a weekly Potluck every Sunday in April and this will continue in May where you go walk on your neighboring roads collect trash, follow it with a friendly Grateful potluck at BLYSS Yoga Studio in Waitsfield we hope you can join us this Sunday.

The event is FREE any donations will benefit Eloise Farm Animal Sanctuary coming to Warren, VT in May of 2023 a special little Farm with rescued Animals to feed and cuddle!

I was fortunate to attend one of the most informative, challenging and thought provoking classes here while in town for a bit. Eloise lead a fantastic class! I really liked how she adjusted the class to the various levels of the room. Great tempo with some longer holds and plenty of options with varied skill levels.
