The Heineberg Community Senior Center is pleased to present our annual Walk of Ages, Saturday, May 20th, 10 am to Noon. Please come walk, roll, or ride with us, and help raise funds to support all of the free programming we bring to local seniors.

Make a team at work, school, or in your neighborhood and collect donations to support the Heineberg Community Senior Center. You can download the Team Registration Form on our homepage at www.heinebergcsc.org Bring your Registration Form and collected donations to the Senior Center, located at 14 Heineberg Road, the morning of the event.

After your walk, please visit with our Health Fair with representatives from: Better Living Audiology (get a quick hearing screening!), VT Alzheimer's Association, Home Instead, AARP, UVM Home Health and Hospice, and more.

The Walk of Ages is a fun family event, with free balloons, bubble-making, music and dancing, and even a free root beer float! Participants from 3 to 103 are welcome!

All donations support free health and wellness activities, including Yoga, Tai Chi, Bone Builders, Line Dancing, free meals and food distribution, free social activities including Bridge, Mahjong, Bingo, Peer Support Group, and more.

Did you know? In 2022, we gave out more than 6,000 free meals to Chittenden County seniors! We also distributed hundreds of pounds of free groceries and local, organic produce. We hosted AARP Tax-Aide volunteers and prepared more than 120 tax returns. We served more than 500 local seniors, helping people over 50 build strong bodies, strong friendships, and strong community connections.
