GREEN UP DAY -SATURDAY, MAY 6, 2023. Where: In front of Gilbert Hart Library on Rt 7 in Wallingford.
When: Saturday, 5/6 from 8:30 am to 11:30 am for Sign-in and bag distribution. Filled bags should be returned to the Wallingford Transfer Station no later than Saturday, May 20th. If you wish to get Green Up bags before or after actual Green Up Day, call me, Carol Macleod, at 802-446-2658. Leave a message with phone number and I will call you back and arrange for pickup of bags. HAVE FUN, BE SAFE, WEAR GLOVES. IF YOU ARE AN ADULT AND FIND NEEDLES OR SHARP ITEMS, HAVE SOMETHING STURDY TO PUT THEM IN LIKE A GLASS BOTTLE WITH SCREW TOP OR HEAVY PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH SCREW TOP.
