Green Up Waterford!
Saturday, May 6.
The Green up Hub this year is the Waterford Transfer Station- not the fire station as in previous years. We will be there distributing bags no later than 8 am-noon on Saturday, May 6. Bags will be available April 29 at the transfer station and next week, at the clerk's office. If you do Green Up sooner than May 6, feel free to email or text me updates as you do so and let me know of roads that really need attention. Any and all of your input will help as we send crews out on Saturday morning. Keep in mind, Waterford's 8th-grade class is collecting returnables to fund their class trip. Bottles may be left at the transfer station, the school or at Coles.
Don't forget gloves, sunblock, and tick repellant.
We will have Kingdom Coffee Roasters coffee and cookies at the transfer station on May 6 for all participants.
