What in the world is a vernal pool? Come and join the Vermont Master Naturalists and vernal pool monitor Andrew L'Roe to find out. You'll learn about the drama unfolding in these ephemeral springtime pools and have the chance to get an up-close look at the breeding amphibians and other creatures that call these pools home, at least for a few weeks. You will also hear about other opportunities to get involved with amphibian conservation in Addison County and beyond.
