Planning for end-of-life care is not easy. Talking with the people that matter most to us and sharing our wishes is a good first step. Come to The Varnum Library on April 28th at 10 am to learn how to have those end-of-life care conversations and determine the best way to document and record those end-of-life care plans.
The Lamoille Valley Medical Reserve Corps is a dedicated group of medical professionals who help educate their communities through volunteering their expertise. Their generosity of time enables this program to be made available.
