Oom (mind) Yung (body) Doe (Through Practice, A Way to Develop Harmony)

Tai Chi is sometimes described as moving meditation. The art contains movements, which are so varied that they put into play every part of the body with harmonious design and graceful patterns. Each form flows with the grace of a specific aspect of nature, working with nature's energy, such as the swaying motion of willow branches being coerced by a gentle breeze or clouds slowly changing shape or form. Movements are slow and deliberate without exerting force or power. The speed of the breathing matches the speed of the movement.

What will you See? Tai Chi Chung from Grandmaster Iron Kim Style demonstration by instructor and students.

What can you Learn and Participate in? The first steps of Tai Chi Chung and Myung Sung movements, connecting breathing with movement, connecting the mind and body for harmony.

Benefits of Tai Chi / Myung Sung include: Release Stress, Improve Balance, Increase Energy, Mental Calmness, Physical Well-Being, Better Circulation, Overall Health

Refreshments will be provided. Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move around in.
All ages, beginners and experienced participants welcome! Bring a Friend!

Special Thanks goes out to the CCC for the opportunity to bring this celebration of knowledge to the
