TOWN OF TINMOUTH
AMENDMENT OF TINMOUTH ZONING REGULATIONS
AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
Residents and voters of the Town of Tinmouth, Vermont, are hereby notified and warned
that the Tinmouth Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Tinmouth Town Office to consider amendments/revisions to the Tinmouth Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
Statement of Purpose - These amendments/revisions update the existing Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
These amendments address nonconformities; certificate of occupancy; conditions for home based businesses pertaining to explosives, other hazardous material, and hours of operation; clarification of small lots, yard setback, kennels, exemptions, hunting camp driveways, and telecommunication towers in Ridgeline Overlay District; and adding reference to new state shore land regulations; as well as clarifying: exemptions and procedure; improvements to Class 4 roads; and time for filing a plat in the subdivision regulations.
The Zoning and Subdivision Regulations are applicable to the entire town.
