Come for Free Lunch, Take Home a Garden!

Past event
Jul 23, 2014

All area youth under the age of 18 can take advantage of our daily free meal program. Tomorrow, we will be repurposing our lunch milk cartons into vegetable planters, using the compost we’ve help produced this summer, so you can take home a garden! Governor Peter Shumlin will be on-site conducting a press conference and will help us plant some seeds! Many thanks to Grow Compost for donating the soil and seeds. Anderson Fields Picnic Pavillon, Wednesday, July 23, 11:30am-12:30pm.
