Join Judi Byron in the Waterbury Public Library's garden Tuesdays at 10 AM for a spring Qi Gong series.
Wake up your qi (pronounced "chee") with gentle movement and intention. This is an old, old practice which has many positive benefits for body, mind and spirit.
We will meet in the garden by the picnic table. Bring a cushion or a blanket if you like; wear comfortable clothing. If the weather is inclement we will meet in the SAL Room.
