Attention Roxbury Voters:

The Town Clerk has received a petition for a reconsideration vote of Article 20, previously voted on at the Annual Town Meeting on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

The Roxbury Selectboard has set the date for the vote: Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
Polls will open at 10am and close at 7pm, at the Roxbury Town Office.

Voting will be by Australian Ballot.
NO= approve (pass the ordinance)
YES = disapprove (do not pass the ordinance)

Article to be voted on:

Article 20. Shall the Town of Roxbury Ordinance Regulating the Disposal of Solid Waste and the Outdoor Storage of Junk and Junk Vehicles, as adopted by the Selectboard on December 19, 2022, be disapproved?

When the ballots have been printed, Absentee Ballots will be mailed to all voters that voted by Absentee for the Annual Town Meeting. Anyone else interested in voting by absentee can contact the Town Clerk at 802-485-7840.
