Curtiss Reed, Jr. Is a civil rights leader in Vermont and a champion of equity and inclusion who has dedicated his career to service, advocacy, and fighting for the rights of all Vermonters. Reed is president and CEO of CRJ consulting group, l3c, A resource that provides Vermont organizations in every sector, from businesses and government to education, with assistance regarding issues of inclusion, diversity, and equity under the moniker of Vermont Partnership for Fairness and Diversity. He leads numerous statewide initiatives including the Vermont African American Heritage Trail, Vermont Vision for a Multicultural Future Initiative and I Am a Vermonter.
Mr. Reed lives in Brattleboro VT. and has been awarded numerous awards and honorary degrees for his work strengthening Vermont as an inclusive and equitable destination for all.
