Bags can be picked up in Bellows Falls at the Town Clerk's Office, Lisai's Market, and J&H Hardware. In Saxtons River stop by the Village Market to pick up bags.
Leave tied green bags at the Rockingham Highway Department on Blake Street in Bellows Falls or Route 103, or along the roads.
