I'm writing to let you all know about an upcoming workshop on high blood pressure management. These FREE workshops are held on ZOOM, beginning May 3rd 2023 and occur weekly for 9 weeks.

These workshops, run by the Vermont Blueprint for Health, help people take control of their health and wellness, while providing the support and tools to sustain positive behavior change.
