Brookfield Development Board of Adjustment
Notice of Public Hearing

The Brookfield Development Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on April 25, 2023 at 7 p.m. at the Town Clerk's Office to review the following request submitted under the Brookfield Development Bylaws:

Terrence and Sage Barber request a Waiver of Article 5 (Definitions) of the Development Bylaws. The proposed Waiver would be for construction of a 900 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit within an existing barn on their property at 3291 VT RT 65, Brookfield, VT 05036, in excess of the 30% of the primary dwelling size limit established under Article 5 (Accessory Dwelling Unit) of the Bylaws.

The Board of Adjustment will need to review the proposed site and plans, with a site visit scheduled for Tuesday, April 25th 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Copies of the application are available for review at the Brookfield Town Clerk's Office. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
