"Disorder on the Border. The War Crisis of 1916 and the Birth of the Modern National Guard"

On Saturday, April 29th, at the Springfield Art & Historical Society, at 2 PM, Myric McBain and Cori Santagate will present another of their in-depth military programs.

McBain is a former Aerospace Historian for the Air National Guard. He is currently focusing on the effect of historical mass-trauma events on individuals and communities. Santagate's interests and expertise in military history ranges from ancient Rome to the WW2, focusing on the material culture and personal experiences of the common soldier.

This program is free and open to the public. The Society is located at 65 Route 106, in North Springfield, VT (Cota & Cota Building).
