Vermont lacks access to justice for litigants in its civil courts. The Vermont Bar Foundation needs $65,000 to meet its goal of raising $225,000 by June 30, 2023.
Funds support our grant programs for civil legal aid and the Poverty Law Fellowship. The Poverty Law Fellowship is a two-year program that provides a gifted early-career attorney with an opportunity to concentrate on challenges related to access to justice.
