BIKE COMMUTING WORKSHOP: Getting into Bicycling

Have you been wanting to bike more? Ready to take the next step, but not quite sure where to start? Local Motion can help! In just one short hour, participants in our Bike Commuting workshop learn all this and more:
- What gear you need (and don't need) to stay safe and comfortable
- How to make sure your bike is in good shape for commuting
- How to map out a route that fits with your available time and comfort level
- How to "read" the street and ride safe under a range of conditions
Best of all, not only will you come away with free leg bands, bike seat covers and other resources to help you stay safe, but workshops with 10 or more attendees will be eligible for an on-site raffle of a waterproof bicycle rack bag, so bring your friends!
