The Five Town Partnership will be sponsoring a Food Drive on Friday May 5 from 2:00pm-6:00pm and Saturday May 6 from 9:00am-1:00pm outside of Shaws in Bristol. All items donated will be sent to the Bristol Have a Heart Food Shelf and the Little Free Pantries in Starksboro, Monkton, and New Haven.
Look for our table outside of Shaws. We will provide a paper bag for you to place your purchased donations in. We will collect the bag on your way out of the store and deliver it to the local food shelf and pantries.
We are also looking for more volunteers to greet people outside of Shaws as well as unload the trailer of collected food into the basement of St. Ambrose. To see the time slots we could use help, head to this link:
