13th Annual Shiitakepalooza @ Moonlight Mountain Farm in Roxbury!

Join us Saturday, May 20th, 10am-2pm, for Shiitakepalooza, a hands-on workshop where you will learn to cultivate log-grown shiitake at a home and small business scale. The workshop will cover preferred tree species, spawn types, inoculation tools and technique, and ideal growing environments. A $25 workshop fee per person includes the hands-on workshop, lunch, and a shiitake-inoculated log to take home. Additional inoculated logs will also be available for purchase for $20/log. The event is held rain or shine.
