5. Village Residential Neighborhoods: selected discussion points (1 hour)
• residential density in relation to ADU's and two principal structures on a lot
• lot frontage and lot shape requirements for small lots
• introduction to "Traffic Impact" requirements of current and proposed zoning regulations
• S.100 update if any new information
• commissioners' issues with current VRNN and VRNS drafts
6. Discuss strategy and confirm goals for planning for short-term rentals regulation (30 minutes)
7. Discuss tasks of Coordinating Subcommittee and appoint members (15 minutes)
• outreach to all committees to assess town-wide progress towards Town Plan goals
• coordinate discussion between Housing Committee and Recreation Committee on Browns Court ball field
8. Motion to recommend to the Select Board the appointment of Keith Oborne as Assistant Zoning Administrator
9. Other business
• next meeting May 3rd – Jana Brown has agreed to attend
• PC membership – outreach and size of Commission
