This is a reminder to mark your calendars -- this Tuesday, April 18, the town of Richmond will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to the zoning for the Residential/Commercial and the Gateway Commercial Zoning Districts. This is technically a special meeting of the Selectboard but the only item of business is the hearing itself. The proposed changes will be presented and residents and interested others will have an opportunity to ask questions. (Hearings were previously held by the Planning Commission as these changes were being drafted and considered. The hearing on Tuesday will be to review the proposed final form.)
The hearing will take place in the community room on the third floor of the Richmond Free Library and will start at 7 pm.
