Spring is here and Montpelier's Complete Streets Committee wants young cyclists to be ready to ride! Join us and community partners for a fun bike skills-building course for youth ages ~5 years and up.

What to bring: Leave your lassos and spurs at home, but each participant will need a working bike or scooter, helmet, and to be accompanied by an adult. A bike mechanic from Freeride will be on-site for quick fixes.

What we provide: We will offer facilitated instruction and a certificate of completion! Participants will visit skill stations for a bike and helmet check, rules of the road, starting and stopping, riding straight, making turns, and more. If your child needs an updated helmet, let us know via the registration form.
