CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) upcoming meeting on April 19, 2023 11-3pm, no registration necessary since the meetings are virtual and there is a webcast

This one is an emergency meeting just called within the past week or so. Most likely to discuss authorizing additional boosters.

Deadline to request to make an oral public comment is April 17th.

There is some concern growing over a new variant, XBB.1.16. The CDC added this variant to their variant tracker this week, with the US starting to see it around March 11: https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#variant-proportions
Note that the three columns to the far right are 'nowcast', meaning that they are estimate projections.
