The Brookfield Old Town Hall will be alive with jazz this week. The first event is on Tuesday, July 22 at 7 pm, when composer Erik Nielsen will present "Jazz 101," a lively and informative talk about jazz, its composers, music and history. There will be recorded examples and stories, all delivered in Erik Nielsen's personable style. Tickets will be available at the door.

"Jazz 101" is sponsored by Gillespie Fuels and Propane of Randolph. The Brookfield Community Partnership, a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation, is responsible for the restoration work and events planning at the Brookfield Old Town Hall.
