AARP Vermont and Dartmouth Health present Weapons of Fraud - an overview of the leading scams, techniques of con artists, and discussion of the steps to take to avoid victimization. Program is via Zoom at 2:00 on April 17. This is our "Flagship" presentation as it is our oldest program, has been presented most frequently and is regularly updated.
