The Children's Room Dabble Days Spring Art Fling is this Saturday, April 15th at the Brookside Primary School Gym in Waterbury (47 Stowe Street), from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Bring a friend along for ripping, tearing, taping, pasting, painting, and molding. Special guests from Waterbury's MakerSphere will also be leading activities! Dabble Days is a craft-themed event geared toward ages 2-6. Suggested donation of $5 per child.

FAMILY TREE PLANTING PROJECT: Wednesday, April 26th, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. TCR is collaborating with Friends of the Winooski River to help with a tree planting project along the Little River in Stowe. Come spend a morning outside along the river and help plant some trees to restore our watershed. ALL ages welcome! Email childrensroom@huusd.org to sign up!
ANNUAL TAG SALE: Spring cleaning anyone? Save your kids gear for our Annual Tag Sale on May 19th and May 20th at the Wesley United Methodist Church on 56 South Main in Waterbury village. Donate clean baby and kid's clothing, outerwear, toys, shoes, boots, costumes and baby gear on May 16th-18th, and come shop the sale on May 19th and 20th! SPRING PROGRAMMING:
NATURE EXPLORATIONS: Tuesdays, 10-11:30 am @ various trailheads in the area. Get outside for some fresh air and fun! Every week we go to a different trailhead or natural area to explore. Ages 0-6 and carriers are helpful for little ones! Email childrensroom@huusd.org to sign up. Enrollment is always open!
MUSIC & MOVEMENT: drop-in, Wednesdays, 10:30-11:30 @ The Children's Room in Brookside Primary School. We begin by singing songs and moving together and allow time at the end to play with instruments, as well as time for adults and kids to socialize too. Ages 0-6.
ART & EXPLORATION FRIDAYS: drop-in, anytime Fridays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm @ The Children's Room in Brookside Primary School. Come to TCR to play & dig into an art project and hands-on explorations every week.
PLAYGROUND MEET UPS: Monthly on weekends @ different playgrounds in Central Vermont, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Come join The Children's Room for some fun on the playground together! Snacks provided too.
