The Town Planning Commission will be meeting on Thursday, April 13th @6:00 p.m. to discuss development applications: 1. The Gutemas, residing on a 37.8 acre parcel located at 137 Towers Road, are at the final stage of its application process to create a residential 5-lot (8 units) Planned Unit Development (PUD-R). Goals of a PUD are to cluster development, offer affordable housing, protect agricultural soils and natural features. 2. Ken Heco, Agent on behalf of the landowner, has revised its previously approved sketch plan by relocating 2 of the 9 residential units on property located at 60 Colonel Page Road. These will be a conventional lots. 3. Final Application for Weston, d/b/a JMW Investments LLC, 32-unit PUD located at 87 Pinecrest Drive.
