Green Up Day is Saturday May 6.
The St. Johnsbury Energy Committee and St. J Subaru are organizing Green Up Day activities in St. Johnsbury.
Green Up bags for collecting trash along our roads are currently available at St. J Subaru (664 Memorial Dr.) and outside the Town Clerk's office (51 Depot St.).
On Green Up Day, coffee will be available starting at 9 AM at St. J Subaru. Green Up bags will be available also that morning at St. J Subaru. Hamburgers and Hot Dogs will be served during lunchtime.
A free composter is available to town of St. Johnsbury residents when they drop off at least one full Green Up bag at St. J Subaru. There is a limit of one composter per household and while supplies last. You can drop off filled Green Up bags at St. J Subaru until 1 PM.
