NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMMENDMENT OF ZONING BYLAWS
Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Town of Bethel, Vermont that the Bethel Planning Commission will hold a hearing on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bethel Town Hall to receive comments on proposed Bethel, Vermont 2023 Zoning Bylaw Amendments pursuant to Chapter 117 of Title 24, V.S.A. Section 4384.

A full text of the proposed amendments is on file in the Bethel Town Clerk's Office, and available on-line at the Town of Bethel website. The proposed amendments impact the entire town of Bethel. These amendments are intended to be consistent with the goals established in Title 24, Section 4302 and are primarily to address minor administrative issues as well as increase housing availability in town.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed bylaw amendments, and to discuss any comments provided by the public.
