At the last PC meeting, I meant to make a motion to invite the Road Foreman, Andrew Richardson, to the next PC meeting to review the aspects of the Town Plan pertaining to the Town roads. It would be good to review the recommendations in the Town Plan regarding roads with Andrew and review the Town's thinking behind them.
While I forgot to make this motion, distracted as I was by your great desert, I do think going over the road aspects of the Town Plan with Andrew would be a good idea. Do you think the PC can invite him to a meeting to go over this? I think it's especially important given that spring road work is now starting, and the Highway Department got a very sizable increase in their budget.
I have attached a copy of the Town Plan with references to the roads highlighted. The ones I found are on pages 13, 26, 27, 28, 51, 52, and 53, although there may be others.
