Dear Neighbors,

Many of you may already be aware of the City's proposal to rezone an area of the South End, referred to as the Innovation District, to allow for additional uses and multi-family housing. This proposal was previously reviewed and approved by the City's Planning Commission. Now, it will be reviewed by the City Council's Ordinance Committee.

The Ordinance Committee will be hosting its first meeting on this proposal on April 19, starting at 5:30pm, in-person at the Bushor Conference Room on the ground floor of City Hall and virtually at https://zoom.us/j/91678036797. There will be a public comment period at the beginning of the meeting or written comments may be submitted beforehand to jdempsey@burlingtonvt.gov.
