The Greater Richmond Recreation Committee members are hosting a spring clean up on Vermont's Green Up Day, Saturday May 6th. Richmond, Bolton, and Huntington residents are welcomed to help us tidy up the Green. We plan to:
Clean up the playground area, rake the mulch and sandbox area.
Clean up benches and tables.
Pick up down branches and debris on the natural walking areas of the Volunteers Green.
Pick up any trash and put in trash receptacles.
Pull out the lawn games for the season.
Clean up the band shell area.
This is a great opportunity for families with young children to participate in Vermont's Green Up Day in a safe environment. Everyone is encouraged to join us to clean up Volunteers Green and learn more about what the Richmond Recreation Committee has been working on over the past year!
If you are interested please contact sheri@lynnmanagement.com so we have a head count for light snacks. Please bring gloves and a rake. We hope to see you on May 6, 2023 at 10 AM!
