Research published by Sandbox:
"Networking is a powerful tool. The best part of networking is that you'll find people who share your passion or have similar goals and the conversation and synergy will flow naturally."
Sandbox. (07/2021). Why networking is important in child care. runsandbox.com

Here in Milton, Vermont, our provider networking members were meeting via Zoom during the pandemic. We are now back to in-person meetings!

In-person location:
52 Maplewood Avenue,
Milton, VT 05468

We hold monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month except July
from 6pm to no later than 8pm.

Topics come from YOU, the members.

As facilitators, Laura and Erica will bring pertinent information to the table and encourage you to advocate for your needs as an Early Childhood Educator.

Our facebook page is also a fabulous tool that we use to communicate reminders for monthly meetings, grant opportunities, upcoming community events, share relevant articles, news from the Child Development Division, Let's Grow Kids and other Early Childhood Education partners as well.

From Our Members:

"The Milton network is important to me because it allows me to feel connected to other providers. As a home provider, I often feel secluded from not having coworkers, being a part of the Milton network allows me to build connections and relationships with other providers. Being a part of the Milton network is important to me because it gives me the opportunities to collaborate and work with other providers."

"The Milton network is a place where I can share ideas and learn from other people in the Early Educational Field that have often experienced
the same issues I may be having or want to explore deeper into the same interests. This resource has proven invaluable especially since 2019, with all the challenges we have faced."
