This is the fourth workshop in the series. Each session is designed with its own theme so no previous experience is necessary. New people have been coming every month! We meet in the beautiful upstairs of the Zenbarn where it's easy to create a safe space and sense of community. Leave feeling more grounded with a few new tools in your life-skills toolbox.
