Grader shopping – New truck status – HERF – need an equipment schedule and plan for financing replacements
Update on road crew applicants – advertise again?

6:50 P.M. Review town buildings plans for winterizing Town Hall and conservation options for Town Office – we need a Clerk of the Works to manage a variety of jobs for the Town Hall if we intend to go ahead – partial roof replacement; insulated panels for under the sills; cut back granite steps to prevent further rot on front sill; window treatments; replace furnace; blown-in cellulose in attic. Also someone to look into other funding options – new state program being advertised or ARPA money that has been requested.
