Mark your calendars! The Londonderry Town Parks board is hosting its 2nd Annual Family Fun Day event at Pingree Park, August 17th from 11-3. The park will be filled with ongoing carnival like games, a dunk tank, music by local artists, a bouncy house and a bouncy obstacle course for children.
There will be a few time sensitive events:
11:00 frog race BRING YOUR OWN FROG and please treat it well!
11:30 Alexander’s Tae Kwon Do demonstration
1:00 Belly fit demonstration by Felicity Haselton
2:45 Draw the winning raffle ticket for the Pingree Park Pig Raffle.
There will be a $5.00 charge per person upon entering. The general admission includes all activities, excluding the dunk tank and food. We will be grilling burgers and hot dogs, and will offer a selection of other fun summer snack food. All funds will continue to support the Pingree Park Revitalization Project. Our next goals are to improve the walking trail, build the dog park and to bring power into the park for future family events.
