WEST RUTLAND, VT- Kids in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade will cooperate as they learn the steps to create a group art picture book. Illustration, storytelling and production techniques will be covered by instructor Zoë Marr Hilliard in Picture It! Art Camp, April 17-19.
